Java Developer
Formos is a dynamic and rapidly growing software development firm located in downtown Vancouver, Washington. We work in a team oriented, energetic and agile environment, and make extensive use of open source tools and products.
We are actively seeking a full time Java Developer. Responsibilities involve design, coding, and testing of both existing and new applications. Requirements include a computer science degree or equivalent work experience, a solid understanding of the Java language and libraries, strong HTML skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and a good working knowledge of object oriented techniques and practices. Must have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and be highly self-motivated. Top candidates will have experience with AJAX, Java Servlets, and UML. Experience with the Tapestry web framework, Eclipse and other open source toolkits a plus.
